I have attended many courses in the past and none have been as thorough or informative. They have a wonderful way of delivering the course, that is fun, relaxed and above all clear. You come away from it with clarity and a sense of empowerment and confidence. Together with their expert knowledge they are calm, reassuring and approachable you feel you can ask them any questions in the safe environment they create. Red Robin Nannies had the pleasure of attending our yearly paediatric refreshers course on Saturday with First Aid Step By Step.
All I can say is that Red Robin Nannies left feeling super confident and equipped when practicing the basic life saving techniques taught by Angela and Emma. This course was the most informative first aid course I personally have completed. I thoroughly enjoyed it due to the amazing team and the comfortable environment.
